• Usernames/Passwords must contain no spaces or dashes. Usernames cannot begin with a number.
• Usernames/Passwords must consist of lowercase letters or of numbers.
• When entering credit card information, do not enter dashes as part of the number.

Minimum System Requirements

• WIN 95/98 - 486 with 32 MB RAM or Pentium with 16 MB RAM, VGA Card (256 colors) and monitor, 200 MB Free Hard Drive Space
• WIN NT - 486 with 64 MB RAM or Pentium with 32 MB RAM, VGA Card (256 colors) and monitor, 200 MB Free Hard Drive Space

Notice: Effective July 25, 2002, there will no longer be any credit card refunds for service provided. Refunds will be "in house" credits towards Internet service. For credit cards, the account will be closed on the anniversary date.
